Welcome to Elysium Sanctuary

Elysium Sanctuary was founded in 2003 by Gary and Rachel Collins. It is a centre dedicated to the true meaning of health, in which every aspect of the person can be cared for. Elysium offers many different forms of treatment in which a person’s needs can be met. We seek to balance mind, heart, and body and offer respective therapies which address these aspects of ourselves. Tai Chi and Yoga open up and balance the body. Ayurveda and Chinese Medicine provide support for internal health and wellbeing. Solar Sound Healing works directly with our energetic selves and the Jade Sun School offers spiritual and personal development training. So we have something for everyone, ranging from someone who just wants to increase flexibility, to someone who would like a nourishing massage, or to someone who would like to learn more about themselves, we can help.

Between us we have over 35 years experience in working one to one with clients and with groups. We are available for personal/group training and/or seminars. These can be tailored to individual/group needs. We have worked with different bodies from government, school, corporate and charitable bodies. Our centre in Wexford runs weekly classes, consultations, and it hosts year round courses from the Jade Sun School & the Jade Sun School of Tai Chi & Qi Gong.

Elysium Sanctuary Sandycove

In 2014, along with Neal Traynor, we established Elysium Sanctuary Sandycove in Co. Dublin. Here we offer Acupunture, Solar Sound Healing, Toltec Therapy, Phytobiophysics consultations and Podo-Rhacidian Mobilisation Therapy. Neal also offers private Tai Chi & Qi Gong classes at this centre. A number of other therapists also offer a wide range of therapies at our centre in Sandycove.

  1. Hi,

My 10 year old son has Dyspraxia and suffers from mild anxiety. I have thought about yoga for him but I’m not sure that he will be open to the idea. Do you offer a kids class on a weekly basis or would he benefit more to a tailored program? I am also open to the idea of his brother (8) and his sister (6) attending with him. I would appreciate any advice.

    Thanks

    1. Hi Lisa,

      Thanks for your email.

I run group classes on a Tuesday afternoon. However, it would be hard for me to know whether they would be suitable for him, until I see him.
I would suggest organising a group class with his siblings first, and from there we can design a program.

It is sometimes beneficial for children to do both group and private classes, but we can discuss this after we see how he responds to one class.

You can ring me directly at 0879233164 if you have any further questions or to book a group class.

      Thanks

      Rachel
